On 24 March 2025, at the call of the Collective 'Roars of the Peaks' (Grondements des cimes), around 1,500 people took part in a carnival demonstration in Lausanne (Vaud) to denounce far-right ideology. Demonstrators wrote 'Free Palestine' and 'Genocide' on buildings' walls, and damaged a car and the windows of a police station.
