[Central African Republic] Protests: Peaceful protest

On 4 April 2025, BRDC, Kwa Na Kwa, and MDSP members protested in Bangui (Arrondissement 1, Bangui, Bangui) against the possibility of President Touadera's third term. They also demanded access to essential social services. The protest began in front of the MINUSCA headquarters and ended at the Boganda traffic circle. The protest was the largest BRDC demonstration since 2022. The protest was initially banned, but it proceeded with the support of MINUSCA and local security forces.
