[Burkina Faso] Protests: Peaceful protest

On 5 April 2025, residents gathered and demonstrated peacefully in the town of Yaba (Yaba, Nayala), to express their support for the transitional government. The protesters called on the government to recruit more volunteer fighters (VDP) in the region. They launched a fundraising campaign that raised 2,100,000 CFA which were handed over to the local authorities.
