On 16 April 2025, in San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca (Catamarca), friends, relatives, and colleagues of a teacher who took her own life at the end of 2024 marched from the Attorney General's Office to 25 de Mayo Square to demand justice. The demonstrators held her ex-partner responsible for gender-based violence and for instigating the suicide.
