On 25 March 2025, Tribesmen from Khawlan tribe clashed with Houthi forces in Kawfal Camp (Sirwah, Marib) resulting in the killing of 7 in total from both sides. The reason behind the clashes was that the Houthi leader had raped a boy from Khawlan tribe.
