[Venezuela] Strategic developments: Arrests

On 2 April 2025, in Sinamaica (Zulia), SEBIN officers arrested the director general of the mayor's office, the director of the Guajira Municipal Police, and the director of the Paraguachon tollbooth. The mayor of Guajira was also arrested in Caracas on the same day (coded separately). The tollbooth director, who is the niece of the mayor, was later released the same day after being interrogated in connection with her aunt's case.
