[Uganda] Violence against civilians: Attack

On 3 April 2025, unidentified armed group killed a local farmer in Apaa (Itirikwa, East Moyo, Adjumani), in a suspected revenge attack. The incident was suspected of being instigated by a politician to fuel renewed violence in the long-running Apaa land conflict between the Madi and Acholi communities according to a police report.
