[Trinidad and Tobago] Battles: Armed clash

On 4 April 2025, in Tableland, Princes Town, in the early morning, police forces shot and killed two armed Venezuelan nationals during a security intervention at a house along the Naparima Mayaro Road. The intervention was conducted being informed that an arms deal was taking place in the district. The officers claimed that they opened fire on the now deceased after one of them pointed at them with a firearm and the other one threatened them with a Chinese chopper. The police suspect that the now deceased were members of the El Tren de Aragua Gang. A firearm and ammunition were seized. 2 fatalities.
