[Russia] Violence against civilians: Attack

On 9 April 2025, a 14 year old stabbed a 9 years old boy (10 years old by some accounts) to death in Nekrasovskiy, Moscow Oblast. According to the Russian sources, the attacker was a frequent visitor of various neo-nazi social media groups, and the victim comes from a family of Kyrgyzstani immigrants. The police considers 'nationality-based hatred' as a primary motive behind the attack.
