[Panama] Protests: Peaceful protest

Around 9 April 2025 (as reported), in Torrijos Carter, Panama, a group of teachers and parents of students attending the General Bilingual Basic Education Center closed the school and held a protest, holding banners and chanting slogans, to demand increasing security for the students of the school. The protest was held in response to a shooting between criminal groups that took place near the school on 3 April 2025.
