[Nepal] Riots: Violent demonstration

On 8 April 2025, around 100 royalists and members of the RPP staged a demonstration by burning tires in Kohalpur municipality (Banke district). The group called for a bandh (shutdown), opposing the current federal governance system and demanding the restoration of the monarchy, as well as the release of detained royalists and leaders.
