Other: On 31 March 2025, the President of the Republic of Niger, Gen. Abdoourahamane Tiani, signed three decrees to replace the Director General of Customs, Colonel Abou Oubandawaki, his deputy and the High Commander of the National Gendarmerie of Niger, Colonel-Major Karimou Hima Abdoulaye.
