[Mexico] Strategic developments: Looting/property destruction

Property destruction: Around 2 April 2025 (as reported), in Oaxaca state (coded to Oaxaca de Juarez), army and air force officers destroyed poppy and marijuana plantations. The operation was carried out in land after officers identified the crops in air patrols.
