[Mexico] Riots: Violent demonstration

On 9 April 2025, in Morelia, Michoacan de Ocampo, normal rural students demonstrated to demand better school conditions and attacked police officers of the Public Order Restoration Group (AROP) with stones and fireworks when they attempted to intervene. Students also set fire to a school vehicle. Officers arrested 12 students as a result. Another blockade was reported near Tiripetio which took place hours before.
