[Mauritius] Protests: Peaceful protest

On 4 April 2025, at the call of a platform including around 20 civil society, trade unions and political organizations, including CTSP, FCSOU, FTU, LALIT, and UPSEE, hundreds marched with banners and placards in Port Louis (Port Louis) calling for the closure of the Diego Garcia military base and an end to Israel's military operations in Palestine.
