On 28 March 2025, in the evening, at the call of a coalition of 16 human rights NGOs, including Moviment Graffitti, Aditus Foundation and the Jesuit Refugee Service Malta, people gathered outside the Safi detention center in Safi (Southern) to ask for an immediate release of vulnerable migrants and to protest against the inhumane conditions within the facility.
