[Mali] Battles: Armed clash

On 10 April 2025, JNIM militants attacked a FAMa control post in the town of Sirakoro (Tenenkou, Mopti). JNIM claimed the responsibility for the attack, said its militants killed 3 soldiers, and seized 11 AK rifles, a pistol, 2 motorcycles and other items. Two military vehicles were also destroyed, the statement said. JNIM published photographs of the seizure.
