On 2 April 2025, supporters of the Victory Bloc protested at Chisinau International Airport, in Chisinau - Botanica, singing the song 'Katyusha' in support of three Russian diplomats declared persona non grata who were about to leave the country. The decision followed authorities' announcement that the Russian Embassy in Moldova was involved in the disappearance of a convicted member of parliament.
