On 26 March 2025, at 7 pm, about 6,000 people joined a rally organized by the BISANG Action for Yoon Out & Social Reform near Gyeongbokgung Seosipjagak (Seoul City - Jongno), demanding the immediate dismissal of President Yoon Suk-yeol. On the same day, nurses affiliated with the Nightingale Joint Action with Impeachment Candles held a press conference at Jahamun-ro (Seoul City - Jongno), urging the Constitutional Court to swiftly uphold President Yoon Suk-yeol's impeachment. Earlier that day, at 4:15 am, around 500 members of the BISANG Action demonstrated in solidarity with farmers from the Korean Peasants League (KPL) as police forcibly towed a KPL tractor that had rolled near Gyeongbokgung. Following an 18-hour standoff between police and pro-impeachment anti-Yoon demonstrators, the police ultimately dispersed the crowd. While the demonstration was mostly peaceful, there were some physical clashes between the police and pro-impeachment demonstrators. One activist was arrested for assaulting police, and a Progressive Party lawmaker clashed with the police while trying to prevent the tractor from being towed.
