[Kenya] Explosions/Remote violence: Remote explosive/landmine/IED

On 24 March 2025, an IED planted by suspected Al Shabaab exploded, targeting security officers vehicle (likely military, police, and police reservists who are involved in operations against Al Shabaab) in Iresuki (Mandera South, Mandera), as the officers responded to an attack on the residence of the head of the police reservist unit in charge of the governor's office (coded separately). Casualties are unknown.
