[India] Riots: Violent demonstration

On 4 April 2025, 5000 demonstrators under the banner of the Visthapit Apprentice Sangh (VAS) (association representing the interests of those displaced by the BSL plant founded in 1964) blocked roads, set alight vehicles, damaged a water canal, locked the gates of Bokaro Steel Limited and held a demonstration in Bokaro city (Jharkhand), against the death of one of its members a day earlier (coded separately).
