[Israel] Explosions/Remote violence: Shelling/artillery/missile attack

On 6 April 2025, Hamas forces in Gaza fired ten rockets toward Ashdod (Ashqelon, HaDarom) and surrounding areas. Five of the rockets were intercepted. One of the remaining rockets fell in the nearby city of Ashqelon. Shrapnel also fell in the nearby town of Gan Yavne. The remainder fell in open areas, likely in the area of Ashdod.
