[Ethiopia] Explosions/Remote violence: Shelling/artillery/missile attack

On 27 March 2025, suspected ENDF soldiers shelled with heavy artillery (type of artillery unknown/not reported) 17 private individual homes in Tero-Meda near Amara Sayint (Sayint, South Wello, Amhara). The heavy artillery was fired from Tedbare Mariam as a retaliation for the fatalities that the ENDF incurred during the clash with Fano in Tedbare Mariam on 26 and 27 March 2025 (coded separately). The artillery also hit a church (Orthodox) and destroyed properties belonging to the church. Casualties unknown.
