[Ethiopia] Battles: Armed clash

On 13 April 2025, Fano ambushed ENDF, Amhara state police, and Kebele militia in Digo Tsion (Bibugn, East Gojam, Amhara), leading to the killings of many government security forces and 2 Fano militias. The Fano militias entered the town early in the morning from five directions, ambushing the camps and fortresses of the government security forces. The ENDF later conducted a retaliatory attack, killing civilians in the area (coded separately).
