[Colombia] Strategic developments: Looting/property destruction

Property destruction: Around 2 April 2025 (as reported), in Cumaribo municipality (Vichada), military and police forces intercepted three trucks transporting 48 tons of coltan in the Cano Negro sector on the Cumaribo-Villavicencio road. The cargo was suspected to belong to unspecified armed groups, such as the ELN or EMC FARC dissident fronts. Six people were arrested. The destination of the seized mineral was suspected to be China, and its value is estimated at 5 billion COP.
