[Colombia] Strategic developments: Disrupted weapons use

Defusal: On 2 April 2025, near Tabor village (Choco), military forces safely defused some explosives that had been left inside a tanker truck on the Choco - Risaralda road. The truck had been intercepted two days earlier by ELN members, who forced the driver to block the road by crossing the truck. During the several-hour defusal operation, a soldier stepped on a nearby landmine, resulting in the loss of his lower limbs (coded separately).
