On 17 April 2025, UPDF attacked several positions of CODECO in the Arr groupement, particularly in Mbuchama, also spelled Buchama (Djugu, Ituri), Buchu and Kana (coded separately). 64 houses were burned in Buchama and Buchu. Local leaders call for respect for the protection of civilians in the framework of these operations. Casualties unknown.
