[Belarus] Strategic developments: Arrests

Around 21 March 2025 (from 20 March - 21 March), KGB agents conducted raids that led to 'mass arrests' across Belarus (coded as Minsk). Some of the people were detained on the terrorism charges (In Belarus officials are often using those charges to incriminate members of opposition, independent journalists, and ordinary citizens dissatisfied with the current political situation in the country).
