[Burkina Faso] Strategic developments: Change to group/activity

Security measures: On 10 April 2025, the governor of East region decided to ban the use of 'Aloba', 'Sanili', 'Fortune' or similar motorcycles, as well as tricycles, day and night for a period of six (06) months (from 10 April 2025 to 6 October 2025), throughout the region of East, except inside the town of Fada NGourma. Location coded to the regional capital Fada NGourma (Fada Ngourma, Gourma). The following are exempt from the ban: defense and security forces, volunteer fighters (VDP), and individuals holding an authorization issued by a High Commissioner, Prefect, Gendarmerie Brigade Commander, or Police Commissioner.
