[Angola] Protests: Protest with intervention

On 29 March 2025, around 14 women from the Mulheres Unidas, Somos Mais Fortes Association gathered at the Largo das Heroinas in Luanda (Maianga, Luanda) to demonstrate against gender-based violence and victim support. The planned protest was interrupted by the police, who assaulted and threatened (means unspecified) the group and forced the manifestants to get rid of the posters with batons and fireguns. 10 people were arrested. Extent of injuries unknown/not reported.
