[Afghanistan] Strategic developments: Disrupted weapons use

Weapons seizure: Around 8 April 2025 (as reported), counter-terrorism police seized illegal weapons and ammunition in Faryab province (coded as Maimana town, Maimana) from an unidentified armed group. 13 firearms were confiscated by the authorities in Faryab. Weapons were also confiscated from Balkh, Parwan and Samangan provinces.
